Authorities in Key West, Florida, arrested Logan Storley early Monday morning on an alleged sexual battery charge, according to records obtained by the Miami Herald.

Storley, a former interim Bellator welterweight titleholder and recent PFL finalist, was subsequently transported to Monroe County’s primary detention facility on Stock Island for booking.

Police Report Details Alleged Incident In Key West

Investigators say the alleged incident traces back to around 3 a.m. at Bull and Whistle, the crowded three-story nightlife spot along Duval Street in Key West, where Logan Storley reportedly met the woman involved in the case.

According to her statement to detectives, Storley repeatedly approached her on the dance floor throughout the night, while she tried to avoid the interaction and keep her distance.

The arrest report states that Storley followed the woman into an alley along Telegraph Lane, where authorities claim the sexual battery occurred.

Multiple employees from Teasers, the nearby strip club, told investigators they witnessed parts of the encounter unfold.

Police said Storley fled the scene without his clothes after noticing employees nearby. According to the report, the club’s manager stopped him and brought him to officers who were already in the area.

Authorities said the woman was later taken to a local health clinic, where she underwent a sexual assault examination in the aftermath of the alleged incident.

According to the arrest report, Logan Storley chose not to answer investigators’ questions after being read his rights, requesting legal counsel instead.

PFL Says Storley Was No Longer Under Contract

Attempts by the Miami Herald to reach Storley for comment were unsuccessful, and his management team have not released a public statement at the time of reporting.

A spokesperson for the Professional Fighters League told the outlet that Storley was no longer signed with the company before the arrest took place. Storley last competed on May 2, earning a unanimous decision win over Florim Zendeli at a PFL event in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
