Dana White added another accolade to his long tenure as UFC president and CEO after earning a spot on TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in Sports for 2026.

White’s inclusion reflects his continued impact on the business side of mixed martial arts as the UFC expands its global reach and secures major partnerships.

White Continues to Shape UFC’s Growth

The longtime UFC boss recently helped finalize the promotion’s reported $7.7 billion broadcast agreement with Paramount. He also played a key role in bringing UFC Freedom 250 to the White House’s South Lawn, one of the most unique events in company history.

Despite facing public controversy over the years, White has remained one of the most powerful figures in combat sports.

Combat Sports Well Represented

White was not the only name from the fight world recognized by TIME. Boxing standouts Oleksandr Usyk and Amanda Serrano also earned spots on the 2026 list.

Serrano’s recognition comes after years of building an accomplished career, while MVP co-founder Jake Paul has publicly credited himself for helping bring her achievements to a broader audience.
