RAF wrestler and influencer Georgio Poullas was arrested in Delray Beach, Florida, on June 6 following an alleged altercation at a bachelor party that left one attendee injured.
According to police records, Poullas was booked on a felony aggravated battery charge before being released on a $1,500 bond. Authorities allege the incident began after a dispute involving members of his family escalated into a physical fight.
According to police, the groom’s brother tried to step in and defuse the situation, but Poullas allegedly turned his attention toward him, grabbing him and hurling him through a glass coffee table.
Charged with Battery and Court Date Scheduled
Officers later located Georgio and his brother, Nicholas, with the help of a K-9 unit after they had allegedly fled the scene. Nicholas was reportedly charged with simple battery.
Poullas is due back in court on July 9. The RAF competitor is best known to MMA fans for his appearances in the promotion, including two bouts against UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan. His last RAF appearance came in March.
