Conor McGregor’s return to the UFC has already sent ticket prices into rare territory. Even the cheapest seats are now sitting at premium levels ahead of UFC 329 in Las Vegas.

McGregor is set to face Max Holloway in a long-awaited rematch on July 11 at T-Mobile Arena. Their first meeting dates back to 2013, when McGregor defeated Holloway by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 26.

Tickets for the event went on sale late last week and were quickly snapped up by fans. What followed was an immediate spike in resale listings, with prices climbing across every section of the arena.

According to MMA Fighting, the lowest-priced ticket currently available is about $1,800 before fees and taxes. That price only gets fans into the uppermost row of the arena, with limited visibility of the action inside the cage.

Mid-tier and lower bowl tickets are now listed far beyond typical UFC event ranges. Premium seating options are being resold between $8,000 and $13,500 depending on package details.

For fans aiming for the closest view possible, prices are reaching as high as $24,600 for select seats. Meanwhile, resale prices have reportedly reached up to 43,000 at certain outlets.

Let’s compare that to MVP MMA 1, where in spite of allegedly getting 17 million views on Netflix, the arena was half empty.
